Making a Complaint
If something has gone wrong or you are dissatisfied with a service provided by Conwy Alarm Receiving Centre you can raise a formal complaint.
All complaints are handled in line with the Conwy Corporate Complaints Procedure, which sets out:
- How complaints are received and processed
- How they are investigated
- Expected response times
- What you can do if you remain dissatisfied
